What we collect

This website does not use cookies, accounts or tracking tools. We receive personal information only when you send it to us: when you order a book or contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, email address, country, phone number if you use WhatsApp, the payment reference and anything you write in your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to confirm your payment, deliver your purchase, answer your questions and, if you join an exam, to register you and issue your certificate. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

The chat assistant

If you use the "Ask Imagetude" assistant, the questions you type and its answers are sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude, through Cloudflare) to produce the reply. The conversation is kept only in your browser tab and is cleared when you close it. Please do not type card numbers, bank details or other sensitive information into the assistant.

Who else sees it

Your message passes through the service you choose to contact us (WhatsApp or your email provider), and payments pass through the payment provider you use. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and to resend a purchase if you ask. Certificate records are kept so that a certificate can be verified.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, unless we must keep it by law. Send your request through the contact page.

Changes

If we add new services, such as online exams, we will update this policy and show the new date at the top of this page.
